The Core-4 Method™️
The Core-4 Method is simple: at the root of it all, if you can improve in the 4 vital movement patterns we do as humans - you'll be able to move better, get stronger, increase your physical ability, and just feel damn good. It doesn't matter your age, your current condition, or anything like that. If you work on these 4 movements and get proficient in them - you open up a whole new world of what you're able to do physically.The 4 movements that make up the Core-4 method are: squat, hinge, reach, bend. Think of anything you need to do in your day to day life.. think of where you're currently running into issues… they all start by not being able to do 1 of these 4 things effectively.- Hurts to bend over and pick something up off the ground? Hinge & bend.- Difficulty putting heavy plates up in the top shelf of your cabinets? Reach.- Getting up from your chair after sitting for a long time? Squat.And those are just specific examples.. you'll find most of the more demanding things you do in life use a combination of ALL of them. So our ability to perform them is essential to living a pain free and functional life.
LSM Framework™️
We'll use a framework I have seen massive success with in my patients & clients. I call it the LSM Framework: Lengthen, strengthen, mobilize.Our goal with the LSM Framework is straightforward; at all times, we want our target muscles and areas to be working on at least 1 of 3 things:- We want them to be lengthened to their full extended; meaning getting as much of a stretching stimulus as possible.- We want them strengthened, or working against enough difficulty to get stronger.- We want them mobilized, meaning introducing as many different ranges of motion & movement planes as possible.If that sounds confusing - I understand. Let me give you a practical example so you can see what I mean specifically. Let's take your low back: If you have pain there and you went to see a PT or a Physio, what would they do?- some basic core work, like planks.
- maybe work on your glutes with exercises like clamshells
- a slow and easy cat/cow perhaps?
- and if you're lucky - some form of stretch.. maybe just a low effort forward fold?No strengthening, not even close enough demands for any lengthening, and the opposite of mobilizing (all you did was stability work)Compare that to just 1 of our workouts; this is an exact day in our program - (week 1, workout 2)- Seated overhead passthroughs; building back strength, lower back endurance

Do I need a gym?
No, this program is designed to be able to do anywhere (at home, a home gym, or a full-facility). No equipment is required. There is a list of affordable recommended pieces provided - but none are 100% needed.
How will I access it?
Everything will be provided within a stand-alone app on your phone. From the workouts, the exercises within them, video tutorials explaining the how & why of each movement, + designated areas to log your results and upload your own videos to track progress. Not to mention other exclusive resources & educational content.
What If I'm a total beginner, or an experienced gym-goer?
This program was designed uniquely to progress with the individual - meaning it'll work no matter your physical condition. Each workout has multiple progressive variations, allowing for multiple levels of difficulty within each individual exercise.
